As a member of the Cookie Crew at our Univ of Buffalo store located at 1300 Sweet Home Road, Suite 105 Amherst, NY 14228, you will be the point person for customer interactions and also get to bake our delicious cookies.

As a Cookie Crew member, your responsibilities include:

• Greeting guests and taking orders
• Explaining menu items and assisting with orders
• Providing a warm experience with a smile
• Baking cookies and scooping ice cream
• Ensuring correct and timely delivery of orders
• Handling cash accurately
• Cleaning and maintaining the bakery

Desired skills & experience:

• At least 6 months of customer service experience (preferred)
• Outgoing and personable demeanor
• Customer-focused with a willingness to exceed expectations
• Good communication, organization, and math skills
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs
• Must be 18 or older
• Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
• Legally authorized to work in the U.S.
