Job summary

Insomnia Cookies is seeking team members at the WWU store in Bellingham to welcome guests, take orders, and ensure accurate, friendly service. You will bake cookies, assist with ice cream scoops, and help package orders for pickup or delivery.

Ideal candidates have prior customer service experience, strong communication, and reliability. Must be 18+, able to work nights, weekends, and holidays in a fast-paced bakery environment.

• Able to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Legally eligible to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests, take orders, and ensure accuracy.
• Explain menu items and answer clarifying questions.
• Provide warm, in-person and phone service.
• Bake cookies and scoop ice cream when needed.
• Package orders promptly with correct delivery.
• Handle cash and payments accurately; manage cash drawer.

• Starting pay rate range of $17.00 - $17.25/hr.
• Pay on Demand (why wait until the end of the week…get paid your earned wages at the end of the day!)

As a member of the Cookie Crew at our WWU store located at 230 36th Street Bellingham, WA 98225, you are the ultimate Insomniac. Not only are you the point person at the front of the store for interacting with our customers, but you also get to bake all of our awesome Warm and Delicious cookies as well!
