Job summary

Rockport Healthcare Services in Tulare, CA seeks an Nutrition Services Leader to oversee meal preparation and ensure meals meet Federal, State and corporate standards for residents. You will prepare nutritious meals and supplements for residents and maintain sanitation and safety.

You will supervise staff in the director's absence, attend meetings and trainings, present a professional image to consumers, resolve concerns, and protect patient rights as part of a dedicated healthcare team.

Qualifications

• Good verbal communication skills.
• Ability to read and write English.
• Basic understanding of cleanliness, organization and safety.
• Prior long-term care experience of 1 year preferred.
