Job Summary: Responsible for preparing meals following established recipes. Tasks include cooking, cleaning, assisting other staff, and delivering quality food in a fast-paced environment. Operate grills, ovens, and fryers, and adhere to food safety procedures.

The Details:

• Position Type: Full-Time, Year-Round
• Season Dates: 7/15/2025
• Pay: $17.30 per hour
• Schedule: Typically 40 hours/week, including weekends, evenings, and holidays

• Ensure food quality, safety, sanitation, and timely service
• Maintain consistency in food preparation and presentation
• Use kitchen equipment safely and proficiently

Qualifications:

• At least 6 months of cooking experience in high-volume kitchens or on different line stations
• Knowledge of kitchen operations and safe knife handling
• Understanding of ServeSafe HACCP food sanitation standards

Physical Requirements:

• Constantly carry 10-20 lbs
• Frequently stand, walk, reach, squat, bend, carry up to 50 lbs, push/pull up to 25 lbs
• Occasionally sit, climb, crawl, lift/carry over 100 lbs
