Marquise is seeking an experienced Cook to join our high-volume kitchen team. Responsibilities include preparing and cooking food, creating mise en place, and ensuring safety and quality throughout service.

You will label and store products, communicate with operational departments, and report issues promptly. Qualifications include food safety certification and formal cooking training. Strong teamwork and speed are essential.

Competenze

• Proven cooking experience including experience as a restaurant cook or prep cook.
• Food Safety Certification required.
• Certificate from a recognized cooking school.
• Excellent understanding of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment and procedures.
• Accuracy and speed in executing assigned tasks.

• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
