Qualifications

• Must provide hospitality and guest service with a sense of urgency.
• Ability to deliver food and drinks meeting MOKAS standards.
• Demonstrate attention to cleanliness and safety in a fast-paced setting.
• Willingness to work across all restaurant stations (lobby, front register, drive-thru, kitchen).

Responsibilities

• Hospitality focused, preparing and delivering food and drinks to guests that meets or exceeds guest expectations with a sense of urgency.
• Prepares food and drinks with quality, ensuring presentation meets MOKAS standards.
• Take pride in all aspects of work, including sandwiches, coffee, cleanliness.
• Be attentive in the restaurant, sensing customer needs and informing managers and teammates.
• Collaborate with the team to keep the work environment welcoming.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety as a core part of guest experience and product quality.
