You will ensure quality, safety, and timely meal service while coordinating with the Food Services Manager. Qualifications

• Must communicate minimum production/service requirements clearly to all personnel.
• One year of experience in quantity food production in a commercial, military, or institutional setting helpful.
• Ability to work with computers and the necessary software used by the department.
• Valid driver's license is required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare production/service and preparation/inventory documents before each meal.
• Oversee records such as service plan, tray assessments, restricted diets, sanitation, and meal delivery.
• Carry out orientation and training for inmate workers.
• Ensure safety compliance and monitor equipment maintenance.
