Job Summary

Supervise food-service associates in accordance with policies, procedures, and laws.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  1. Train employees, assign work, evaluate performance, and handle discipline and complaints.
  2. Advise management on purchasing needs, focusing on minimizing waste and shortages.
  3. Ensure food quality and safety using approved recipes and standards.
  4. Operate and clean equipment per procedures.
  5. Manage food storage, labeling, and rotation to prevent spoilage.
  6. Follow HACCP guidelines to ensure food safety.
  7. Operate food-service equipment safely and according to policies.
  8. Assist in serving meals and gather customer feedback.
  9. Perform additional duties as assigned.
