Livingston Hills Rehabilitation & Nursing Care Center in New York is seeking a Cook Supervisor to lead daily food preparation, supervise kitchen staff, and ensure high-quality meals for residents.

You will oversee sanitation, assist with tray service, coordinate with nursing units, and maintain safety standards in a fast-paced healthcare kitchen.

Qualifications

• SNF or healthcare food service experience preferred.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Reliable, organized, and detail-oriented.
• Commitment to cleanliness and food safety standards.

Responsabilités

• Oversee daily cleaning of food service equipment.
• Assist with food preparation and tray service.
• Help with portioning and assembling resident meal trays.
• Transport food carts to nursing units as needed.
• Ensure proper sanitary handling of food, dishes, and equipment.
• Maintain cleanliness of assigned kitchen and service areas.
• Support dishwashing and general food service tasks.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by the Department Head.
