Priority Management Group, LLC is seeking a dedicated cook to prepare and serve meals for residents at College Park Rehabilitation and Care Center in Weatherford, TX. You will follow the menu, monitor food handling, and ensure safe, nutritious meals in a regulated care environment.

Requirements include a high school diploma or equivalency, food handler certification, and at least two years of cook experience in a large-scale operation; prior long-term care work is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalency required.
• Two years as cook in a large-scale cooking operation preferred.
• Food Handler's Certification required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve meals according to the menu and nutritional guidelines.

Position Description:

Responsible for preparing and serving meals according to the menu, monitoring methods of food handling, preparation, meal service, and equipment cleaning. Safely and efficiently provides nutritionally appropriate food to residents for the purpose of maintaining and enhancing their overall health. Ensures the provision of quality food service and nutrition care in accordance to Federal, State and Local regulations.

QualificationsQualifications:
