Presbyterian SeniorCare Network in Washington, PA, is seeking a Cook for our Southmont skilled nursing community on our campus. This full-time, hourly, non-exempt role supports the dining services team in a warm, home-like environment with varied shifts to meet resident needs.

You will prepare large quantities of food for residents, staff, and visitors, working with our chef and head cook. Experience in large-quantity cooking and ServSafe certification are preferred, and opportunity exists to

The Cook is responsible for proper preparation of large quantities of food items for residents, staff, and visitors of the community. The position serves as assistant to the chef or Head cook operating a full-service commercial kitchen will occasionally provide supervision to staff in the absence of the dining services Director.

Requirements for the Cook:

• Minimum of one year of large quantity cooking experience


• Serve safe certification preferred


• Ability to read and interpret documents such as procedure manuals and operating instructions, and to calculate figures and amounts such as proportions, percentages, and volume.
