Legends Global's Sky View Observatory in Seattle is hiring a Cook to prepare, execute, and deliver safely handled food for the team and guests. You will follow recipes, support opening and closing procedures, and maintain clean, organized kitchen spaces.

The role requires 2–4 years in a fast-paced food service, a high school diploma or GED, and strong English communication and food safety knowledge. You will work nights, weekends, and holidays in a high-volume kitchen environment.

• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and operational standards at all times.

SKY VIEW OBSERVATORY

As a new addition in our fastest growing business vertical, Legends designed, built and operates Sky View Observatory ("SVO"), an innovative guest experience on the 73rd floor of the Columbia Center. SVO will set a new standard in the observatory experience in Seattle. Breathtaking 360-degree panoramic views including Mt. Rainier, Bellevue.

THE ROLE

A Cook is responsible for the food preparation, execution, and delivery of safely handled food to the customer facing employees for service.

QUALIFICATIONS

• The ideal candidate will have a High School Diploma or GED (culinary degree or certification preferred)
• 2-4 years of experience in a fast-paced restaurant, catering, or food service environment.
• This individual is proactive, organized, and able to prioritize tasks while working under pressure in a dynamic setting.
• Candidates must demonstrate a strong understanding of food safety and sanitation standards, maintain a clean and professional appearance, and exhibit dependability and punctuality.
• The ability to read and follow recipes, prep lists, and menus, along with basic math and communication skills in English, is required.
• The role requires a team-oriented mindset, adaptability, and the ability to perform in a high-volume kitchen environment with close collaboration among staff.
• Physical requirements include standing for extended periods, walking long distances, and the ability to lift, carry, push, and move items weighing at least 30 pounds.
• All team members are expected to follow company safety policies and procedures and complete all required safety training.

COMPENSATION

$23.00 Hourly
