Qualifications

• Culinary degree or equivalent training.
• Knowledge of kitchen basics, sanitation and food handling.
• Experience with special diets and long-term care preferred.
• Experience with large batch cooking (100 people) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare meals using established recipes and menu cycles.
• Assist with stock deliveries and product rotation.
• Ensure cleanliness and safety following schedules and protocols.
