Qualifications

• Experience in senior living environments preferred.
• Experience with production methods, portion control, and food handling safety.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Attention to detail and presentation of food products.
• Weekend availability required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare hot and cold menu items including grill, sauté, salad-bar and service line.
• Ensure proper preparation, portioning and serving of foods as indicated on menu cycles and recipes.
• Taste and adjust food quality and palatability.
