Join MGM Resorts’ Bellagio Room Service in Las Vegas as a Cook, turning orders into memorable guest experiences with your culinary talent and attention to plate presentation.

You’ll work in a fast-paced kitchen, applying precise techniques, maintaining knowledge of products, and supporting leadership to deliver exceptional hospitality for in-room celebrations and late-night cravings.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• On-call varied shifts including weekends and holidays.
• 1+ years of cook experience.
• Formal culinary training preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain solid knowledge of food products and apply culinary techniques.
• Identify and safely use kitchen equipment.
• Restock kitchen supplies for service.
• Label and date products to ensure safety and sanitation.
• Maintain menu knowledge and plate presentation accuracy.
• Assist kitchen leadership and staff in service execution.
• Maintain knowledge of base sauces, stocks and soups.
• Work as a team to meet guests' needs and inquiries.

THE STARTING RATE: $26.6831/hr

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

• Maintain solid knowledge of food products and skillfully apply culinary techniques
• Identify and safely use kitchen equipment
• Restock kitchen supplies and food items required for service
• Properly label and date products to ensure safekeeping and sanitation
• Maintain solid menu knowledge and attention to detail with plate presentation
• Assist kitchen leadership and staff in execution of service
• Maintain solid knowledge, understanding and preparation of base sauces, stocks and soups
• Work as a team, assist all guests needs and inquiries

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• 18+ years of age or older
• High School Diploma, GED or equivalent preferred
• Work on-call varied shifts, to include weekends and holidays
• 1+ years of prior relevant experience as a Cook preferred
• Formal Culinary training preferred
