Responsibilities include receiving and stocking inventory, preparing, cooking, and assembling orders, maintaining cleanliness and organization in the kitchen, and following food safety standards.

Duties And Responsibilities

The individual in this position is expected to:

• Complete all training requirements including Zaxby's Back of House Development Plan, hands-on stations training, and any additional training required by Zax LLC.
• Provide friendly, enthusiastic service for all guests and maintain awareness of current promotions.
• Assist with guest service and front of house operations.
• Prepare menu items according to company standards, ensuring safety and sanitation.
• Operate food preparation equipment safely.
• Maintain product levels, prepare and cook food, assemble and package orders.
• Keep work areas clean and organized, maintain equipment, and manage inventory and storage.
• Follow all safety guidelines and procedures, and perform other duties as assigned.

Job Qualifications

• Must be 16 years of age or older.
• Ability to work 32 to 40 hours per week.

Capability Requirements

• Sit, stand, and walk continuously.
• Occasionally stoop, bend, crouch, or climb.
• Frequently lift, push, pull, and carry up to 50 pounds.
