Job description

Our Cook is responsible for the flawless preparation and presentation of the menu created by the Executive Chef and for making sure our guests receive an unparalleled dining experience.

Here are just some of the tasks you’ll be responsible for on a daily basis:

1. Prepare food consistent with recipe cards.
2. Start food items that are prepared ahead of time, making sure not to over-prepare estimated needs.
3. Return all food items not used on the next shift to designated storage areas.
4. Operate and properly clean cooking and kitchen equipment and supplies.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of experience as a prep line/cook.

Most importantly, you’re someone who is capable of thinking on your feet and able to keep up in high-pressure situations. If that sounds like you, go ahead and apply.

Physical Requirements & Schedule:

This role requires being on your feet most of the time. You may need to carry/lift up to 50 pounds, walk, bend, twist, climb stairs, and work on slippery floors. Flexibility to work varying schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays is necessary.
