Job summary

• Maintains kitchen cleanliness, stores excess food per safety procedures, and cleans equipment as directed.
• Manages dishware and supplies, assists in ordering and receiving food and supplies as needed.
• Follows HACCP standards and safety guidelines; participates in safety meetings.
