Job summary

Marcus Theatres Corporation is seeking a part-time culinary/kitchen team member to join our Trexlertown operation. You will set up equipment, read tickets, prep and cook to recipe, and ensure quality, sanitation, and timely service in a high-volume environment.

Responsibilities

• Knowlege of kitchen equipment and food items.
• Set-up of kitchen equipment.
• Station set-up, breakdown, and advance prep.
• Read tickets and produce orders.
• Prep and cook food to recipe.
• Maintain high quality and presentation of food.
• Maintain sanitation standards.
• Keep line and prep area organized and clean.
• Follow directions from management and leadership.
• Assist in controlling food waste.
