Mercy Hospital St. Louis is seeking a dedicated food production worker to support all areas of the department. The role requires knowledge of cookery methods and the ability to produce appealing, timely meals.
Preferred education is a high school diploma or equivalent; the ideal candidate demonstrates integrity, initiative, and strong math and interpersonal skills.
This individual is responsible to food production in all areas of the department. A knowledge of all methods of cookery is required for this position. The individual must be able to produce a quality, eye appealing product within an allotted amount of time. Performs related duties as assigned.

Equipment Used: All food preparation equipment including oven, grill, chopper, slicer, blender, mixer, and steamer Also able to push, pull and grip 50 pounds and pinch 10 pounds.
