Job summary

MN Bar Ops Inc. is hiring for a part-time Cook/Dishwasher at Muddy Chicken in Burnsville, MN. You will help prepare and produce meals while maintaining a clean, safe kitchen environment to support staff and guests.

Responsibilities include cooking and dishwashing tasks, working with the Head Chef, and ensuring food safety and quality standards are met. Must be able to stand long hours, lift up to 50 lbs, and work nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Ability to read and speak English to understand recipes and safety instructions.
• Stand for extended periods, climb stairs, move kitchen equipment and supplies, and lift up to 50 lbs; must be on your feet for 8+ hours per shift.
• Must be available to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards.
• Valid food handler or food safety certification, or ability to obtain one within 30 days.
• Prepare hot and cold menu items according to standardized recipes and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Keep the kitchen and food preparation areas clean, organized, and safe.
• Support the Head Chef with daily kitchen operations and food production planning.
• Follow all food safety and hygiene regulations.
• Move, store, and organize food supplies to support inventory management.
• Communicate with kitchen and front-of-house staff to coordinate meal service.
