Job Description

We seek team players who work well with others, hold each other accountable, and are proud of their results. Our goal is to create exceptional guest service and a positive work environment through clear expectations and attainable rewards. We are hiring for a Cook to prepare meals according to the menu, a Prep Cook to support kitchen operations, and a Dishwasher to ensure cleanliness of dishes and utensils.

Responsibilities

1. Set up, clean, and organize workstations
2. Prepare ingredients, wash vegetables, chop, season meat, etc.
3. Prepare oven, utensils, and grill for shifts
4. Take orders from staff or system
5. Cook meals following health and safety standards
6. Suggest ideas for specials or seasonal dishes
7. Handle multiple orders simultaneously
8. Monitor and prioritize incoming orders
9. Present dishes attractively
10. Ensure correct food and sides for each order
11. Deliver food to expo staff promptly
12. Store food properly
13. Sanitize workstations and utensils
14. Reorder stock and supplies
15. Supervise and assist team members
16. Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment

Qualifications

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

• Physical stamina to stand for long periods

• Ability to memorize complex orders quickly
• High school diploma or equivalent
