Job Description

Cook/Prep will be responsible for the day-to-day food production of our products. This individual would need to be capable of working in a fast-paced environment while following recipes and food safety practices. Restaurant experience is a plus but not required.

The Cook/Prep is responsible for the following but not limited to these tasks only:

• Follow food safety procedures
• Prepare dough, sauces, and cheese daily
• Ensure recipes are followed
• Maintain cleanliness
• Place orders and properly put away received inventory
• Support the kitchen including making pizzas and finishing products, or other duties as assigned

Requirements

• Must be at least 16 years old
• Able to pass food safety training
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs. without assistance
• Must be able to stand for a long period of time
• Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Able to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays
• Kitchen or food service experience is a plus
• Bilingual Spanish and English is a plus
• Must comply with Cicis uniform, appearance, and operations standards as defined in the Operations Manual and Team Member Handbook.
