Cici's Pizza-Top Slice LLC in Guntersville, AL is seeking a part-time Cook/Prep to join a fast-paced kitchen. You will follow recipes, prepare dough, sauces, and cheese, and help maintain food safety standards.

No prior restaurant experience is required, but it is helpful. You must be 16+, able to lift 50 lbs, stand for long periods, and work nights, weekends, and holidays. Bilingual Spanish and English is a plus.

Job Description

Cook/Prep will be responsible for the day-to-day food production of our products. This individual would need to be capable of working in a fast-paced environment while following recipes and food safety practices. Restaurant experience is a plus but not required.

The Cook/Prep is responsible for the following but not limited to these tasks only:

• Follow food safety procedures
• Prepare dough, sauces, and cheese daily
• Ensure recipes are followed
• Maintain cleanliness
• Place orders and properly put away received inventory
• Support the kitchen including making pizzas and finishing products, or other duties as assigned
