Job summary

Cicis in Mesquite, TX is seeking a part-time Cook/Prep to handle daily food production in a fast-paced kitchen. You will follow recipes, practice food safety, and help with dough, sauces, and cheese prep.

This role offers flexible scheduling including nights, weekends and holidays. No prior restaurant experience required, but candidates with kitchen or food service experience and bilingual Spanish/English are a plus.

Job Description

Cook/Prep will be responsible for the day-to-day food production of our products. This individual would need to be capable of working in a fast-paced environment while following recipes and food safety practices. Restaurant experience is a plus but not required.

The Cook/Prep is responsible for the following but not limited to these tasks only:

• Follow food safety procedures
• Prepare dough, sauces, and cheese daily
• Ensure recipes are followed
• Maintain cleanliness
• Place orders and properly put away received inventory
• Support the kitchen including making pizzas and finishing products, or other duties as assigned
