What You’ll Do:

• Prepare and cook meals in large quantities

• Follow dietary guidelines to meet residents’ nutritional needs

• Prepare modified textures, including purees and mechanical soft diets

• Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary kitchen

• Ensure proper use and care of kitchen equipment

What You Bring:

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Experience in large-scale cooking preferred

• Knowledge of food safety and dietary procedures

• Experience in long-term care or working with seniors is a plus

• Strong attention to detail and communication skills
