Prepare and cook meals in large quantities
Follow dietary guidelines to meet residents’ nutritional needs
Prepare modified textures, including purees and mechanical soft diets
Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary kitchen
Ensure proper use and care of kitchen equipment
High school diploma or equivalent
Experience in large-scale cooking preferred
Knowledge of food safety and dietary procedures
Experience in long-term care or working with seniors is a plus
Strong attention to detail and communication skills
