Job summary

Hospital for Behavioral Medicine in Worcester, MA is seeking a Cook - Per Diem to prepare breakfast, lunch and dinner for patients and staff according to menu cycles and production sheets.

You will open the kitchen, follow safety and sanitation rules, and work with a Dietitian to ensure meals meet modified diet requirements while adhering to service times and portion control.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years experience in quantity cooking.
• Basic knowledge of modified diets.
• Training in food service sanitation.
• Possession of mandatory food service food-handler permit.
• Experience utilizing industrial kitchen equipment and utensils.
• Some prior kitchen supervisory experience helpful.

Responsibilities
