Job summary

• Prepare food in accordance with sanitary regulations, as well as our established policies and procedures.
• Assist in establishing food service production line, etc., to ensure that meals are prepared on time.
• Assure that menus are maintained and filed in accordance with established policies and procedures.

St. Vincent de Paul Rehabilitation and Nursing Center, in Berlin, NH, is an 74-bed skilled nursing facility offering short and long-term care in a warm, supportive atmosphere where residents are cared for according to their individual needs. Job Responsibilities;

• Review menus prior to preparation of food

Job Requirements

High School Diploma or GED

It will be your responsibility to ensure that food is prepared, cooked, and served with consideration for residents' individual needs.

Must possess at least one year’s experience in a health related or food service facility, preferably in a long term care setting

Prior food service experience is required;

ServSafe Certification is preferred.

You must be a self-starter, dependable and demonstrate not only outstanding customer service but compassion and patience for the residents you'll serve.
