Job summary

Delaware North's Patina Group is seeking cooks to join Patina 250 in Buffalo, NY. Full-time and part-time positions available. You will prepare food for guest orders, follow recipes and sanitation guidelines, and work with the serving team to deliver memorable dishes.

No experience required; weekly pay and benefits are available. You will set up, operate and clean kitchen equipment, maintain clean stations, and assist with opening/closing procedures.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read and understand recipes and food abbreviations.
• Capable of working in a fast-paced environment with a high level of attention to detail.
• Ability to work as a team player, following procedures and taking directions.
• Basic math skills, with the ability to calculate and follow recipe measurements.
• No experience or diploma required.

Responsibilities

• Follow supervisor's assignments for food production and prepare food and beverage products for guests by following recipe guidelines, using proper preparation techniques, and sanitation guidelines
• Set up, operate and clean kitchen equipment, according to correct procedures as well as keeping workstations clean, organized, sanitized, and sufficiently stocked
• Work cooperatively with team members and management
• Follow supervisor's assignments for opening and closing procedures

Delaware North's Patina Group is searching for full-time and part-time Cooks to join our team at Patina 250 in Buffalo, New York. As a Cook, you will partake in important food preparation for guest orders and communicate with serving team members. Pay

$18.00 - $20.00 / hour
