Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Complete all training requirements including the Zaxby's Back of House Development Plan, hands-on stations training, and any additional training required by Zax LLC.
- Provide friendly, enthusiastic service for all guests and maintain awareness of current promotions.
- Represent the Zaxby's brand enthusiastically and assist with guest service and front of house operations.
- Prepare menu items according to company standards in a safe and sanitary manner.
- Operate food preparation and cooking equipment safely.
- Maintain product levels and prepare and cook food items according to standards.
- Accurately assemble and package guest orders.
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment, keep work areas organized, and inform management of maintenance needs.
- Assist with inventory and storage management, including receiving and stocking deliveries, and storing food safely.
- Complete all tasks with urgency, work safely, and follow all safety guidelines and procedures.
Job Qualifications:
- Must be 16 years of age or older.
- Available to work 9 to 28 hours per week.
Capability Requirements:
- Sit, stand, and walk continuously.
- Occasionally stoop, bend, crouch, or climb, including using ladders.
- Frequently lift, push, pull, and carry up to 50 pounds.
- Use hands and wrists for grasping and manipulation.
- Communicate effectively through speech, reading, and writing.
- Maintain effective visual and auditory perception.
- Work in environments with temperature variations and food allergens.
- Operate restaurant equipment safely, including knives and fryers.
