Collegiate Hotel Group's Graduate Bloomington location is seeking a Cook for Poindexter Bar & Coffee to join a team of hospitality enthusiasts.

You will prepare breakfast, lunch, dinner and banquets, maintain sanitation, ensure clean storage areas, rotate inventory, and assist the manager with specials and menu variations. This role emphasizes teamwork and guest satisfaction in a busy hotel setting.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Previous cook experience preferred.
• Knowledge of food safety guidelines and sanitation.

Responsibilities

• Maintain high sanitation standards in assigned area.
• Ensure organized and clean storage areas for all food.
• Handle and properly store all food items at shift end.
• Rotate inventory.
• Prepare food according to specifications for breakfast, lunch, dinner and banquets.
• Maintain clean and orderly storage and product pars.
• Work with manager to create specials and menu variations.
• Other duties as assigned by management.
