We are seeking a Part-Time Cook for the DoubleTree by Hilton Boston Downtown. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing food items according to recipes and established standards, contributing to the hotel's commitment to outstanding service and profitability.

DoubleTree Boston Downtown, 821 Washington Street, Boston, MA 02111

Responsibilities
  • Prepare food items following designated recipes and quality standards
  • Maintain cleanliness and adhere to food sanitation standards
  • Manage guest orders efficiently and courteously
  • Maintain knowledge of menu items and food products
  • Stock and organize food stations
  • Inspect all food sent from the kitchen visually
  • Handle and store food according to federal, state, local, and company regulations
  • Prepare requisitions for supplies and food items as needed
