Job summary

The Staff Pad, partnering with a respected hospital in Las Vegas, NM, seeks a compassionate Cook to nourish patients and support healing in a fast-paced hospital kitchen.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Experience with food preparation, cooking techniques, and institutional kitchen equipment.
  • Institutional or healthcare food service experience preferred.
  • Formal training in institutional food preparation is a plus.
  • Current Food Handler’s Card or Food Safety Protection Manager Certification from an NMED-approved program required.
  • Reliable, team-oriented, and committed to high-quality service.

The Staff Pad is partnering with a respected hospital in Las Vegas, New Mexico to hire a compassionate and dependable Cook.
