• We are hiring immediately for a part-time COOK position.

Job Summary

Summary: Prepares food according to standards, guidelines, and regulations, ensuring quality service at all times.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Prepares high-quality food following recipes and schedules.
• Serves meals using correct portions, ensuring proper temperature and presentation. Tastes all food.
• Follows ticket collection procedures and maintains records during service.
• Maintains cleanliness of kitchen and stores or discards excess food safely.
• Keeps refrigerators and storerooms organized and clean.
• Operates and maintains kitchen equipment.
• Assists with production planning, record keeping, and ordering supplies.
• Reports maintenance issues or accidents immediately.
• Attends safety and in-service meetings.
• Builds good relationships with coworkers and customers.
• Follows safety protocols, including proper use of gloves, oven mitts, slip-resistant shoes, and lifting techniques.
