• Assisting in the delivery of patient unit supplies as needed.
• Operating the dish machine as needed.

• Record dish machine temperatures as required.
• Follow cleaning assignments of the dining room and kitchen area daily.
• Interact well with patients in the serving line, providing good customer service and offering assistance when needed.
• The ideal candidate will have at least two years of experience in quantity cooking and a basic knowledge of modified diets, with experience in utilizing institutional kitchen equipment and utensils.
