Mercy is seeking a cook to prepare, season and cook food for hospital patients, staff and visitors under the direct supervision of the Nutritional Services Coordinator. You will follow correct food preparation and handling procedures and perform a variety of cleaning duties, contributing to a caring, patient-focused dining environment at Mercy.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 90 days experience in hospital food service preferred.
• Serve Safe Manager within 90 days of hire (location varies).
