Job summary

CountryHouse Cedar Rapids, an Agemark Senior Living community, is seeking a part-time Cook for weekend shifts. You’ll prepare fresh meals following recipes and dietary guidelines, while ensuring safety and timely service.

Join a team that values warm hospitality, resident comfort, and collaborative kitchen routines. We look for at least 1 year of hands-on cooking experience, a positive, team-oriented attitude, strong communication, and dependability.

• Willingness to work weekends and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Prepare fresh, flavorful meals according to recipes and dietary guidelines.
• Ensure meals are prepared safely, accurately, and on time.
• Learn residents’ preferences and help make dining an enjoyable experience.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary kitchen.
• Assist with food preparation, cleanup, and kitchen organization.

What You’ll Do
