Job summary

CountryHouse Dickinson, part of Agemark Senior Living, is seeking cooks for both full-time and part-time roles in Dickinson, ND. Day and evening shifts are available with no late nights, offering a welcoming team environment and opportunities to serve seniors with dignity.

You’ll prepare meals, follow dietary guidelines, learn resident preferences, and ensure timely service while keeping the kitchen clean and compliant with safety standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of hands-on cooking or culinary experience required.
• Positive, team-oriented attitude and a passion for serving seniors.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work well with residents and team members.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
• Willingness to assist with cleanup and maintain a safe, organized kitchen.

Responsibilities

• Prepare fresh, flavorful meals residents look forward to.
• Follow recipes, dietary guidelines, and food safety standards.
• Learn residents’ preferences and dietary needs.
• Work closely with the dining team to ensure meals are prepared and served on time.
