Job Description
Schedule: Part Time

Primary Responsibilities

• Prepare high-quality food following standard recipes and special diet orders.
• Collaborate with the Director of Food & Beverage and Sous Chef to manage food and supply inventory, including securing items for food prep, storing leftovers properly, and maintaining inventories.

Qualifications

• At least two years of experience in all stations of a hotel kitchen, restaurant, or similar operation.
• Knowledge of sanitation and safe food handling standards.
• Ability to communicate clearly and work well with team members.
• Self-motivated, organized, professional, capable of working independently, and multitasking.
• Strong customer service skills.
