Gardant-Management-Solution is seeking a compassionate dietary services leader to prepare diverse menus, ensure safety and sanitation, and maintain kitchen and dining areas in our community.

You will engage residents with love, dignity and empathy, participate in ongoing learning, and contribute to a warm, supportive environment while upholding high standards of service and patient-centered care.

Qualifications

• Must hold current ServSafe Manager certification.
• High School graduate or GED equivalent required.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
• Must demonstrate the ability to serve with love, compassion, and dignity.
