The Salvation Army Addiction Treatment Services (ATS) in Honolulu is seeking a part-time Cook (5 hours per week, Monday evenings). Under the direction of the Food Service Coordinator, you'll prepare evening meals and provide supervision and training to residents assigned to the kitchen.

You should be able to work independently during the designated meal period times. Satisfactory education, training, and experience in food service and sanitation are valued to assist the head of the departmental

The Salvation Army Addiction Treatment Services (ATS) is seeking to fill a part-time Cook position (5 hours/wk, Monday evenings). Under the direction of the Food Service Coordinator, carries out all standards and procedures established. Prepares evening meals. Provides supervision and training to residents assigned to the kitchen. Must be able to work independently without assistance in preparing, cooking and serving meals to a large group within the designated meal period times.

Satisfactory combination of education, training and experience in food service and preparation, purchasing, and sanitation to enable one to assist the head of an institutional dietary service. Proven ability to supervise.
