Job Summary

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Prepare high-quality food items following recipes and schedules.
• Serve meals ensuring proper portioning, temperature, and presentation.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in the kitchen.
• Operate and maintain kitchen equipment.
• Assist in inventory, ordering, and record-keeping.
• Report maintenance issues promptly.
• Participate in safety and in-service meetings.
• Maintain good relationships with team members and clients.
• Follow HACCP standards and safety policies.
