• We are hiring immediately for on-call Cook positions.
• Address: Mercy Hospital - 500 South Oakwood Road, Oshkosh, WI 54904. Note: online applications accepted only.
• Schedule: On-call, 11:00 am to 7:00 pm, days may vary; rotating weekends required. More details upon interview.

• Pay Range: $19.00 to $21.00 per hour.

Job Summary

Summary: Prepare food according to standards, ensuring quality and safety at all times.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Prepare high-quality food per recipes and instructions.
• Serve meals, ensuring proper portioning, temperature, and presentation.
• Use ticket procedures, maintain records.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in the kitchen.
• Assist with inventory, ordering, and equipment maintenance.
• Report maintenance or safety issues immediately.
• Attend safety and in-service meetings.
• Maintain good relationships with coworkers and customers.
• Follow all safety policies, including proper use of gloves, oven mitts, slip-resistant shoes, and lifting techniques.
