Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Supervises culinary center staff in the absence of the Chef or Certified Dietary Manager.
• Handles and stores all food according to procedures and regulations.
• Follows standardized recipes and prepares foods per RD plans.
• Cooks nutritious meals at proper temperatures and service times.
• Maintains clean, safe workspaces and equipment; prevents waste.
