Qualifications

• One year’s cooking experience for large groups or equivalent training.
• Ability to work in a kitchen environment and follow guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Plans, prepares, cooks and serves nutritious meals and snacks per guidelines; maintains safe, presentable meals and clean kitchen facilities.
• Plans menus and purchases food and supplies for meals.
• Cooks and prepares a variety of foods using kitchen equipment and supplies.
• Ensures enough food is prepared for the number of people served and on schedule.
• Serves food and beverages attractively; sets tables for service or buffet.
• Keeps tables, chairs, floors, dishes, utensils, and appliances clean.
