Job description

Location: Atlanta, GA (Upper Westside).

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Prep food per recipe
• Follow all safety and sanitation procedures
• Complete appropriate time/temp checklists
• Clean and sanitize kitchen at beginning and end of shift
• Prepare food items to spec and according to tickets
• Wash, sanitize and store all plateware, glasses and kitchen equipment
• Empty all Kitchen and Bar trash when necessary
• Assist with FOH duties during down times
