Job summary

Oak Hills Living Center in New Ulm, MN is seeking a skilled Cook to join our Nutrition Services Team. You will prepare ingredients, cook and present dishes for residents and staff, and maintain a clean, organized kitchen.

The successful candidate will have strong attention to detail, the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, follow recipes and safety policies, and collaborate with kitchen staff and management.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Prepare ingredients for cooking, washing and chopping vegetables and meat
• Cook and present dishes according to menu specifications and presentation standards
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, wash dishes and utensils, and manage inventory
• Communicate effectively with kitchen staff and management
• Follow all safety and sanitation policies and procedures
• Other duties as assigned

• Maintaina clean and organized work area, including washing dishes and utensils andmaintaining inventory levels
• Communicateeffectively with other team members, including the kitchen staff andmanagement
• Followall safety and sanitation policies and procedures
• Otherduties as assigned

Shift Requirements

• 32-40hours per week
• Shift time 8-430pm and 11-730pm
