The Double Eagle serves players and members of The Chautauqua Golf Club, providing snacks, lunch, and a full-service bar in the air-conditioned clubhouse, under a covered patio, and around the greens on our mobile beverage cart.

Compensation

Starting at $16.50/hour, with potential to earn up to $19.00/hour based on experience and qualifications.

Work Schedule
  • Follows recipes, prepares food ensuring taste, presentation, and temperature.
  • Maintains food safety and cleanliness.
  • Communicates with front-of-house managers about menu items and ingredients.
  • Proper storage, labeling, and rotation of products (FIFO).
  • Works as a positive team player.
  • May work full-time or part-time, including weekends; shifts typically 8 hours, start times between 5am and 5pm.
  • May be required to inventory and report on food station items.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
Referral Program

Offers a $500 referral bonus for employees who refer a candidate hired and retained for at least 90 days (or 30 days for seasonal positions).

Schedule & Housing

Flexible seasonal schedules from June to August, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Housing options may be limited and are not guaranteed.
