• Food handling licenses/certificates as required by local law.

Responsibilities

• Prepare meals per daily menu and standardized recipes.
• Work on the food line during meals.
• Plate food attractively and ensure garnishes accompany meals.
• Maintain sanitation and clean work areas and equipment.
• Rotate stock and manage perishables safely.
• Attend trainings and staff meetings.
